Bikolanos, the locals of Bicol Region, Philippines, are known for their passion and altruism - traits that are also depicted in the Bikolano epic of Ibalon.
Staying true to this cultural identity, Alea Chocolates is founded not only to make pure, healthy, and all-natural chocolate products but also to raise the standard of living of Filipino farmers and local chocolatiers. And like the heroes of Ibalon, our Team at Alea Chocolates seeks to contribute to the development of the whole region of Bicol through entrepreneurship and international trade.
We are a company committed to upholding environmental sustainability. This guides our sustainable farming techniques all the way to our methods of packing exclusively using biodegradable packaging materials.
Supporting fellow local producers is also our priority. All of Alea's ingredients are farmed and sourced locally, adhering to farm-to-table principles.
