International Shipping: We ship to Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and the US.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us via email with photos within 2 days of delivery if:

1. Packaging is not sealed or has holes.
2. Product is excessively wet.
3. Product is past its expiry date.
4. Delivered items do not match your order.

Please return the product to Purok 5, Bongoran, Oas, Albay, Bicol, Philippines for investigation.

Return Timeline: Ship the returned product within 2 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund, provided you have sent an email with photos within 2 days of delivery.

 

Late Returns: If the return is made 3 days to 1 week after delivery, a refund will not be issued, but a replacement will be provided, given you have sent an email with photos within 2 days of delivery.

No Returns After One Week: Products returned after a week, with or without notice, will be discarded without any refund or replacement.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed according to your instructions. Any associated charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product.
