Alea's Barista Scholarship Fund has always been about empowering young talents from our community. Established to support the educational dreams of our baristas who’ve recently graduated high school, the fund provides financial assistance as they pursue degrees in finance, hospitality management, business, accountancy, and other fields at top universities. Balancing their studies with part-time work, these dedicated scholars contribute to Alea while often supporting their families. We recognize their hard work by providing a competitive wage above the minimum standard and encourage them to develop leadership, management, and entrepreneurial skills.
